Join us on Saturday June 2nd, 2012 at 2:00pm with owners Isaac Tremblay and brew master Andre Trudel. We will feature rare barrel aged beers and never seen before bottles including “Schieve Tabarnak” collaboration brew with Brasserie De La Senne (Belgium).
Prepared by WVRST…21 different types of Artisan Sausages with a large variety of Game Sausage, and the famous Danger Dog - an all Beef Hot Dog wrapped in house cured Bacon and roasted with love.
DUCK FAT FRIES - home cut Belgian Style Frites with a choice of home made dipping sauces.

Today Keep6 Imports launches a new private order for Brasserie Dunham from Dunham, Quebec. A relatively new brewery in the Quebec microbrewery scene lead by Sebastien, owner of one of the top rated beer bars in Montreal Vices et Versa. We are excited to announce that the following brands will be available all year round via private order in Ontario;
Just in from one of our favorite Quebec micro breweries; Microbrasserie Charlevoix. Continuously hopped for 60 minutes, this gift to hop heads is ripe with fine aromas and distinguished bitterness. Simcoe and Amarillo are renowned for their high concentration in fruity aromatic oils and are paired with Saaz, famous for its spicy yet delicate dryness. This is thus an exclusive batch for lupuline lovers, those who revel in the noble golden hop resins which give this beer such an engaging perfume aroma. Lupulus 2012 is a canticle to Humulus Lupulus, our hoppy beer deity. Amarillo, Simcoe and Saaz are the cultivars used to send this ale to heavenly realms.

Winner at the World Beer Awards 2011 for Best Strong Dark Ale - Le Trou Du Diable La Grivoise De Noel has made its way to Ontario in very limited quantities. This will be the first presence of the acclaimed brewery from Shawingan outside of barVolo.

Blanche Neige is not your typical wheat beer. With a high level of alcohol and a dominate flavour of Cinnamon and cloves included in the brewing process makes this beer a perfect winter warmer. The spices come through immediately, giving very little room for the usual wheat beer aromas (coriander and curaçao). Blanche Neige is a new seasonal that will be bottled and brewed once a year in Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel’s! St-Jerome brewery. Quantities are very limited!
