We are excited to offer a new beer from Montreal’s Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel! exclusively for Licensee’s in Ontario!
Brasserie Dieu du Ciel! Blanche Neige
Wit Beer Brewed With Cinnamon & Cloves (8.3%)
24 x 341mL (Limited Availability)
Blanche Neige is not your typical wheat beer. With a high level of alcohol and a dominate flavour of Cinnamon and cloves included in the brewing process makes this beer a perfect winter warmer. The spices come through immediately, giving very little room for the usual wheat beer aromas (coriander and curaçao). Blanche Neige is a new seasonal that will be bottled and brewed once a year in Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel’s! St-Jerome brewery. Quantities are very limited!
If you are a licensee in Ontario and would like to place an order, please contact us at sales@keep6imports.com
We are happy to announce our second Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel! private order. If you are interested in placing an order please contact; sales@keep6imports.com or visit our Private Ordering Page for further instruction. The following brands are available for order until January 25th, 2012;
Dieu Du Ciel! Rigor Mortis ABT Abbey Style Brown Ale - 10.5% alc./vol. (Brewed Once a Year) 24 x 341 mL ($78.00 / per case)*
This noble winter beer is brown in colour with flaming red highlights. Its taste is delicately sweet and liquor-like with a hint of burnt caramel coming from the malt and a prolonged boiling time. It is a very bitter beer with aromas of hops and alcohol, and flavours reminiscent of red fruit brought by the English-type yeast we use to ferment it. The aftertaste is accentuated by the wonderful flavour of hops. Solstice d’Hiver is brewed only once a year, and is then aged for 4 to 5 months before being sold. This aging process is necessary to achieve an ideal equilibrium between the sharp bitterness and the other flavours in the beer.
Solstice d’hiver is brewed only once a year, at the end of the summer. It is then aged for a few months in order to attain a perfect balance in taste. Then, it is sold starting mid-December of each year, until stocks last.
We are excited to release another product from MicroBrasserie Charlevoix at the LCBO! The Dominus Vobiscum Double is part of the LCBO Winter Warmers 2011/2012 Release and will be available in limited quantities! You can check out store inventories here.
