Blanche Neige is not your typical wheat beer. With a high level of alcohol and a dominate flavour of Cinnamon and cloves included in the brewing process makes this beer a perfect winter warmer. The spices come through immediately, giving very little room for the usual wheat beer aromas (coriander and curaçao). Blanche Neige is a new seasonal that will be bottled and brewed once a year in Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel’s! St-Jerome brewery
