The following lists the steps involved in placing a private order through the LCBO Private Ordering Department and Keep6 Imports. The LCBO estimates that private orders, once requested, can take up to three months.

1.    Placing Your Order
       Email us your order request and contact information;

•    Product Name & Quantity (minimum one case) *
•    Full Name (If licensee state company name & licensee number)
•    Address (number, street, city, postalcode)
•    Phone Number
•    Fax Number (if available)
•    E-mail Address
•    LCBO Store Delivery? (applicable to residences outside of GTA)

2.    Signing LCBO Documents
Once we receive your order, we will e-mail you a completed ‘LCBO Private Order Form’ which needs to be dated / signed and returned to Keep6 Imports via:

3.    Paying Your Deposit
Once we receive your completed and signed LCBO Private Order Form, you will receive an e-invoice for the required deposit amount. Simply pay the e-invoice via credit card or PayPal. We will also accept cheques in the mail as long as they are received before the LCBO Submission deadline.

4.     LCBO Order Confirmation
Once you order has been submitted to the LCBO Private Ordering Department you will be notified via e-mail.

5.    Picking Up Your Order
Keep6Imports will send a pick up notice to you when your order is ready. The order will be available at the LCBO Private Order warehouse at 43 Feeland St. or your preferred LCBO location (residents outside of the GTA). Full payment of the product (less deposit amount) must be made to the LCBO Private Ordering Department (within 30 days following notification) in order to be released to you or your preferred LCBO location. Orders cannot be picked up until full payment is made to the LCBO Private Order Department.

*A storage fee of $5.00 per case per month, or part thereof, plus interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, will be charged to the order this is picked up after more than 30 days, but fewer than 61 days, following its notification of availability.
