What You Should Know About Importing Beer To Ontario

All beverage alcohol that is imported into the Province of Ontario must be purchased and administrated by the LCBO (Liquor Control Board Of Ontario).

The LCBO is also responsible for the retail sale of beverage alcohol at Ontario Government Stores which is regulated by the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario. 

All products for general purchase at the LCBO must have an agent representation. Agents are responsible for the marketing, promoting and the sales distribution of the products they represent.
